Returns Policy

You may return new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we will pay the return shipping cost.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Shipping

Orders received before 9:00AM EST Monday through Friday will be processed, packed and shipped within the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Orders received after 9:00AM EST or on Saturday, Sunday, or a Federal Holidays will be processed, packed and shipped the following business day, provided the product ordered is in stock.

Default shipping rate on our webpage is First Class Mail. First Class Mail delivery times is generally 4 - 5 business days. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by USPS handling times or product availability.
